Woburn Toyota has very friendly service advisors that are helpful and do not talk down to you. I have never had any issues with the quality of their service work. I came in for the regular 65,000 mile service. Brake and water-pump problems surfaced. No problem. I have come to trust the service department when they spot things because extra work is not something that water-pump problems surfaced. No problem. This extra work meant the car would be tied up longer; John Russo made it very easy for me to get a loaner so I could keep some appointments in Boston. He also waived the cost of the water pump (due to warranty questions). Clearly the culture in the service department is geared toward friendliness, cooperation and a thorough knowledge of the automobiles. I didn't mind spending the money because the car I left with is safer and the experience was made as painless as possible. More

The service men at Woburn Toyota are totally friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. I went in for an oil change with a coupon that gave me a great price. The great experience with Woburn Toyota starts when you enter the service area. It is always spotless. When a company puts in that kind of effort to make their customers comfortable, it speaks well of the overall approach to customer service. The service technicians are polite and friendly. On my latest trip there I worked with Michael Gilgun. I told him I had problems with my windshield washer assembly and also needed an oil change. He got back to me within an hour with some strange news. Apparently mice had eaten through my windshield washer hoses and air filters. He explained exactly what needed to be replaced and why, and also suggested I use the higher grade motor oil for the oil change to help extend the life of my vehicle (I have a tendency to wait too long between changes). They also did a basic check of all the major components and provided a printout. Mike showed me where to find some money saving coupons online that reduced the overall bill by about 10%. The thing that impressed me most about this service call and all my past experiences there is the staff at Woburn Toyota have never suggested something I don't need. This has not always been the case at other dealers. I honestly feel I can trust these folks to do what is in my best interest, not theirs. A lesson learned to other dealers: a happy customer is a repeat customer. I recommend Woburn Toyota to all my family and friends. More
