Ok job Chaotic and disorganized. No one seems to really know what they’re Doing. Everyone is nice and my service was fast, but I had to state several times w Chaotic and disorganized. Everyone is nice and my service was fast, but I had to state several times why I was there when it should have been in the computer (or remembered the first time I stated it). Again, everyone was very nice but it’s not reassuring to drop your car off when the person you’ve been talking with can’t rememeber why you’re there. Maybe it’s the construction or a newer employee, but attention to detail is important. More

Helpful I have a banging noise at times coming from the back right of my car. The technician drove with me to check it out.. We checked around the outside of the car and couldn't find any issues. He put it on a lift and could not find the issue. However was determined that it is not a safety issue. I was pleased at this time. If it gets worse I can go back. The technician was very good and patient in trying to resolve the issue. More

I had a great experience at Woburn Foreign Motors yesterday. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and check up. Everyone was very polite and caring. I was there for a couple of hours that passed I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and check up. Everyone was very polite and caring. I was there for a couple of hours that passed by quickly...thanks to the comfortable waiting room! When my car was ready, I went to the service desk and was given a detailed description of all the work that was done. That's why I keep going back to to this great service area! More

I purchased my car new from Woburn Toyota, and performed all I was disappointed to be charged labor for an issue that was clearly a warranty problem. I purchased my car new from Woburn Toyota, and performed all recommended services with them. Less than 3 years after purchase it started blowing white plastic flakes from the air vent. I believe this should have been covered by the vehicle's warranty: clearly there was a defective part somewhere in the AC system shedding a plastic coating. The dealer was unable to root cause the problem, and charged me labor for investigating it. I was informed the air filter needed changing (but it was not changed when they serviced the vehicle, on schedule, a couple of months earlier). I asked to see the manager and no one was prepared to go and get her, she was not at her desk. Very dissapointed. More
