Routine Maintence I have had Toyota service my 2017 RAV4 three times now. Each time I have met with Anthony. He is incredible and somehow manages to brighten everyone’s I have had Toyota service my 2017 RAV4 three times now. Each time I have met with Anthony. He is incredible and somehow manages to brighten everyone’s morning around him. He is attentive, checks in, and thorough. A couple of times I have noticed small issues, like my wire to my horn not plugged in right or the rubber strips on my roof coming undone( too many car washes later), and each time the service team in Woburn has fixed these issues along with my routine maintence free of charge. Each person I have come in contact with is incredibly kind, patient, and comforting, especially at 6am. Thank you Anthony and your team for providing superb customer service. Had better Bought my car from Woburn Toyota and been bringing it there for service since, 2012. Over the past two years I’ve noticed a slip in service. This last Bought my car from Woburn Toyota and been bringing it there for service since, 2012. Over the past two years I’ve noticed a slip in service. This last visit for a routine oil change I noticed half way home that the maintanience light was failed to be reset. I checked in at 3:40 pm and did not hear my name called and it was after 5pm. I approached the service counter and the clerk was talking to a coworker looked at me and said “Yes finishing your paperwork now.” Then asked me my last name. And had to find my paperwork. The clerk did not go through the report or checklist with me as I have been accoustome to in past visits. It happens but my past visits the clerk had more communication calling me up Letting me know what’s going on when the car will be ready and going through the checklist after about what the mechanic found will doing the work on my vechicle. I don’t remember the clerk name I worked with, very friendly just lacked the extra step and attention to detail that I have received in the past. More
Good Service - Big Up Seller I went in for a new battery and was happy to hear they were willing to work with me on price, but then they sent me an authorization for services and I went in for a new battery and was happy to hear they were willing to work with me on price, but then they sent me an authorization for services and parts that was FOUR TIMES the price of my car’s battery. Mike was super nice, but if I’m hesitant to pay a lot for an expensive battery I’m not really in the market to invest over a grand in other things... definitely a miscommunication. More

Service appt for oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted at Service Desk by Renata who assisted me with appt. She provided an estimate of the time needed and i for oil change and tire rotation.
