A bad situation turned to good Jason was great. Very energetic. I appreciated the way he treated me. In particular when the original price quote came out really high he sought cl Jason was great. Then Mike stepped in and did a great job of offering alternatives. In the end the calipers and rotors on my brakes were able to be reconditioned instead of replaced. This saved me a lot of money and allowed me to afford the repair that same day. This experience could have gone the other way with me leaving upset from getting such a high quote (almost $2k). Instead these two fantastic employees turned the situation around. I walked out 4 hrs later as a satisfied customer. Thank you Jason and Mike! More

When we got there, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They took care of my car and my inspection without a hitch. One of the things I love about going to Woburn Toyota for service is that the staff is always willing to take the time to explain things to me. This is the first car I've ever bought on my own, and so I asked Jason (Cutter) to approach this from the standpoint of "Auto Maintenance for Dummies". He was more than kind, very personable and had a great sense of humor. Rather than talking down to me, he took the time to explain things and offered to answer any other questions I might have. Everyone at Service comes across as trustworthy, patient and willing to help, something that is, sadly, not the case in many service centers nowadays. I was very impressed with the service I received. More
Scam Artist was quoted over the phone for replacing the brake pads, rotors and calibers for $1100 asked if that included parts they said yes. They said bring in the car and we will give you a free brake inspection. Brought the vehicle in left it there they called and said we had to replace those parts said it was $1170.00 I said okay went there to pick it up they told me the total was $1773.51 had no choice but to pay cause they already did the work. Will never recommend them to anyone More
