Quick and courteous oil change I came Monday morning for an oil change, but the techs found a nail in one of my tires, so I had that repaired as well. I was in and out in about 50 m I came Monday morning for an oil change, but the techs found a nail in one of my tires, so I had that repaired as well. I was in and out in about 50 minutes. I have had to wait much longer at this service center before, but this visit was very pleasant and quick. (I think the man that helped me was named Jeff, he was wonderful and kind) More

I made an appointment for an oil change & general maintenance check (instead I continue to be pleased with the service department at Wolfchase Honda. I made an appointment for an oil change & general maintenance check (instead of randomly dropping in). The wait time was cut dramatically & the process seems to have been streamlined. The technician contacted me by cell phone for confirmation before installing wiper blades. The cashier also contacted me by cell phone when my vehicle was ready. I’m a loyal & satisfied customer.
