Dropped off for oil change and picked up Usually the service and everyone is outstanding. I came in for an oil change and to check the tyres as the low tyre light was on. I was a little miffe Usually the service and everyone is outstanding. I came in for an oil change and to check the tyres as the low tyre light was on. I was a little miffed when the car was brought around and the low tyre light was still on. I pointed this out to the person who drove the car around. It was clear that he didn't want to be bothered by the look on his face and body language. He did not know if the tyre had been inflated and instead of checking he turned the light off and quickly walked off. Also it won't allow me to submit unless I choose up to 10 employees. I do not know who anyone is but have to choose one. More

Recall and oil change Dexter Alexander is amazing. He is about the only reason I still use this dealership. He is professional, informative and helpful but when my car go Dexter Alexander is amazing. There was a time that a paper floor mat was placed on your floor to trap dirt. There was greased hand prints all over my glove compartment, it’s just sad that taking my car to a dealership is worst than going to Walmart. When I take my truck to Toyota, it gets vacuumed and pampered, but at Honda, I have to clean the dirt left behind by technicians. I don’t understand. I wish everyone at the dealership was as professional at their job like Mr. Dexter. More
