Great on sales, not as great with the service department. Was able to get into what I think will be a decent vehicle once an issue with it is resolved. Hence the issue. Service here on the used car side is lacking to say the least. I purchased the extended service/warranty. I noticed a rattle/misfire during the test drive but was told loose muffler. Had to bring it back the next day for a wash (2 hours) and decided to see about having them diagnose/fix the issue. Had an appointment this morning and will have to leave it here 2 weeks just to have them look into it. So lady in service called about a shuttle, was told about an hour, asked for eta an hour later and driver is around an hour away. I feel my time is not respected at all and would not have purchased a vehicle here had I known. I want to say that John Herod helped me throughout this ordeal, he stayed on top of things and did the best he could even though I got angry and a bit mean about the whole deal. More
