Thorough I was greeted and processed by Joe Scala, who is consistently upbeat and reassuring. Ray Jackson worked on my car. The problem the car was having w I was greeted and processed by Joe Scala, who is consistently upbeat and reassuring. Ray Jackson worked on my car. The problem the car was having was obvious because of the warning indicators. However, the source of it started as a mystery. The cause of the problem wasn't quite obvious. After some investigation he discovered there was moisture in my rear tail light that was affecting the warnings in the electrical breaking system. I'm sure I may not be explaining it correctly, but the root of the problem was discovered and corrected. I needed to leave the car and was given a courtesy ride to and from my office by Tony. In order to be fair, the names of everyone that works there in each department should be listed as well. I was on a service call and there is just one name listed that I have never met. None of those names really apply to my circumstance. More

Honda recall Came in for pass. side airbag inflator recall. From start everyone in service dept was very helpful. Also had pass side door window trim replaced. Service rep, Mario Rossi personally got additional tech on job to assist expediting completion of both jobs. Felt bad I had to wait so long. Checked with me frequently with updates. Was honest about extra time to complete airbag repair {complicated, not a quick fix}. Again this was another pleasant experience with the Wolfchase Honda service department. More

Two words “Skyler Lewis” I came into the dealership service department with a lot going on in my personal life.....needless to say, I did not need to hear what I heard from th I came into the dealership service department with a lot going on in my personal life.....needless to say, I did not need to hear what I heard from the service department about my vehicle. I became extremely overwhelmed to the point of a meltdown (crying)....Skyler Lewis reassured me my vehicle would be repaired to perfection and all my frustrations were diminished. Skyler Lewis had me back on the road within a matter of 30 minutes in a loaner!!! This young man sets the standard of the word “Customer Service”. He is the example of what Wolfchase Honda should be! And if the the Service Manager don’t know that, then he needs his head examined!! Yup, I said it, and I’m not afraid to say it!!!! This level of exceptional Customer Service Skyler Lewis displayed, is one you no longer see today and if he isn’t recognized in some fashion it would be a disservice to the best dealership in Memphis! Great customer service but work wasn’t completed properly. Service advisor was extremely nice, efficient and helpful. Speed of service was excellent. Love the free car wash, I wish the Honda car wash wasn’t broken because we had to wait 30 minutes to use the Nissan car wash. Was unhappy that when you rotated my tires you did not recalibrate the LPMS. I called and service dept was closed at 6:12pm. Which is understandable but was not understandable is I had no idea what was wrong with my tires because the LPMS light was on but as per usual I didn’t have a air pressure gauge to check them or the knowledge to know what was wrong. I also had to drive 25 miles home on interstate so I wasn’t sure if it was safe. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. If you don’t have an emergency service person to help someone after hours then you need to make certain the tech does their job to the fullest. The lady who called the next day to check on our service said they have a problem with the techs not recalibrating the LPMS after working on tires. Which is ridiculous !! If I wanted that type of service then I would use any mom and pop shop. More
