Disappointed at the Quality of work! Dropped my car off for rims replacement on 3/6/19. After picking up my car, I was on the expressway and heard a knocking noise! As I continued to drive, my car started to shift and shake. I pulled over to check to see if I had a flat tire! There wasn’t a flat tire. I contacted Honda to discuss the issue I was experiencing! Mario from the service department asked if I could come back to Honda! I informed him that I didn’t believe that I could make it back. He directed me to get off on the next exit and visit a Midas! Once I arrived to Midas, one of the service reps came out to assist and showed me what the issue was! My front left tire/rim was not secure! There was a missing lug nut and the others were not even tighten or secure! The rep mentioned that I was lucky! I could have lost a tire and had an accident! This situation could have been fatal! I am highly upset! More

Service person was very good and estimated my wait time well My van had about 31,000 miles on it and a transmission fluid change was recommended at a cost of $115. Since I have a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty My van had about 31,000 miles on it and a transmission fluid change was recommended at a cost of $115. Since I have a 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty and owned the van for only 27 months, shouldn't a maintenance item like this be covered under the warranty. In addition, every 30,000 miles seems excessive. More

The repair required a new locking system be installed in the steering column. I received only one key to the new lock instead of the two keys I previously used. I was told I’d have to buy another one if I wanted a second key. Also was told I’d have to buy another valet key if I wanted it ... another $125-$150. How ridiculous is that. You don’t issue single keys when you buy a car. I had just recently spent $28500 (paid cash I might add) to purchase a new 2919 Insight at this dealership and this is how I am thanked?!?! Give me a break. Needless to say, I was extremely displeased with how I was treated by the personnel at the payment counter and basically will take my car buying business to another brand in the future. Your poor service policies just lost you a customer that, up until yesterday’s fiasco, was planning purchase a new Accord. You can kiss that sale goodbye. More
