ROUTINE MAINTENANCE I went in for oil change & routine maintenance. I was treated very well and got in & out quickly. Rep explained everything that was done or needed s I went in for oil change & routine maintenance. I was treated very well and got in & out quickly. Technicians noticed a crack in the shift stick and replaced it since it was still under warranty......something that I hadn't even noticed. I appreciate the attention to detail & a job well done!!!!! Will not warranty new car I’ve had my new Pilot in the dealership 3 times to have my heated seats fixed and each time I get the same response. Even after I have taken my car an I’ve had my new Pilot in the dealership 3 times to have my heated seats fixed and each time I get the same response. Even after I have taken my car and it was clearly seen that the heated seats weren’t working. But because they turned the car off and when they restarted it could not duplicate it they would not do anything. I’ve shown them at least 4 videos I have taken on different days of the seats not working and they still will not warranty them. My car is 7 months old with 13k miles. I purchased a top line pilot and I expect everything to work every time. More
