Excellent and professional car service This is the second time we took our car for service. This time we had oil change, and asked if the tires need to be rotated. The representative was ve This is the second time we took our car for service. This time we had oil change, and asked if the tires need to be rotated. The representative was very warm, patient and professional. He checked and told us that we do not need do it now and can do it next time. We feel that was honest (because we changed new tires half a year ago). He is not like some dealers who always try to sell you something to make money. The service was done on time as he said to us, and they also provide shuttle bus ride for customers so you can go shopping in the nearby malls without sitting in their office waiting. That made the car service a greater experience! And you also get a coupon for a free car wash which is right at the site. When we were out, our car had a fresh new look and drove smoothly! More

Outstanding Service!!! I called Jeff mid-day Saturday to request brake service. I figured it would take a week or so to schedule. He said "bring it in". My first time and I was absolutely impressed with service I purchased my vehicle from wolfchase and it would only be prudent to get it serviced here (you get the first 2 services complementary) so why not. But I was amazed by their shuttle service as well. You are not locked in the service area, you can use your waiting time to go eat at nesr by restaurant or shop or whatever. It's very pleasing to know that your day will not be just a trip to the service center. I drove from tupelo. Only to learn that I am not the only one who was getting their car serviced there, and surprisingly there's a service center here as well. More
