I would recommend but with a warning label I pay extra for the honda care. they tried to get me to pay for the tow truck. Then they sent a tow truck and he dropped my car off 10 minutes later. I called 5 hours later and they said they haven't received my car and they didn't know where it was. It was on the lot the whole time, no one bothered to go check to see if it had arrived. On another note: A few months ago I came in trying to buy a second vehicle and no one was to interested in helping me. It's sad because I've had 2 cars with them in 6 years and my lease is up in dec. I ended up buying a Kia for my second car. Not sure yet what I am going to do in December I guess find some dealer who wants my business. Oh and the people at honda finance were great, and the service guy was very polite even when they didn't know where the car was. He seemed busy.Maybe a more organized system would help. None of this can be blamed on one person. More
