good service but staff in the main lobby are too loud. Service was quick considering I was a drop-in customer. I do not like to read in the main lobby. and at this last visit, staff would holler back and Service was quick considering I was a drop-in customer. I do not like to read in the main lobby. and at this last visit, staff would holler back and forth trying to get one another's attention instead of getting up and walking to one another. I know the lobby cannot be like a library but if I was the manger i would ask the staff like the lady at the recpetion desk and some men in bluke polo's to tone it down. More
