Service Time was slow I bought 4 tires and got to the center before opening on Tuesday AM. I felt that I was not one of the first serviced even though I was one of the firs I bought 4 tires and got to the center before opening on Tuesday AM. I felt that I was not one of the first serviced even though I was one of the first in line. Folks that were there after me were able to leave before me. After 3 & a half hours later, I was finally called to pay. I had always felt that the dealership was the best place to go for my Honda service but it might be better if you're just getting new tires to go to a tire place. I know they would be faster and cheaper!! More

Was Hoping For More Specialized Care We went in for our normal oil change, having told my wife that I wanted to stay with one mechanic / shop for the length of our 2016 CRV. They recommen We went in for our normal oil change, having told my wife that I wanted to stay with one mechanic / shop for the length of our 2016 CRV. They recommended a transmission check, so we went for it ($110). I had also asked my wife to remind them that the tire censor had been stuck on since the last oil change. They called me later and tired to tell me that's because my tires needed changing (30,000 miles, you can google CRV tires for average life span, and I checked tread later, they did not need changing). I kindly told the man on the phone that actually it had been on since my last oil change. And the previous one before that the mechanic told me it was an error with the censor. So I declined the tire change (would have been $800 for new tires and realignment). Then he also said we needed a new cab air filter (this is probably true, and I'm thankful for the heads up, but I tire of people trying to get me to pay $60 for five minutes of work and a filter I can get for $15 at AutoZone). Of course, when we get the car back and I turn the air on it now has a vibrating hum that wasn't there before, wondering if they did not secure it properly. I was really hoping for better service from a Honda dealership service center. It seems they don't take notes from visit to visit on your car. It's up to you to remind them and hold them accountable on everything. My suggestion would be to go for the year of free oil changes (if you buy a new car) and then find a mechanic you trust to take your car to for it's lifetime. That's what we will be doing. They did provide a shuttle for my wife over to Barnes & Noble. That was a very nice, and unexpected. More
