over fill on oil change can destroy an engine. Could not help with the random beeping upon exiting from car. Said they would have to duplicate it. Didn't believe me. Then when I got home and checked the oil I found out it was way over filled! I was able to remove enough oil to save the engine from damage. thanks for nothing! More

Great on sales, not as great with the service department. Was able to get into what I think will be a decent vehicle once an issue with it is resolved. Hence the issue. Service here on the used car side is lacking to say the least. I purchased the extended service/warranty. I noticed a rattle/misfire during the test drive but was told loose muffler. Had to bring it back the next day for a wash (2 hours) and decided to see about having them diagnose/fix the issue. Had an appointment this morning and will have to leave it here 2 weeks just to have them look into it. So lady in service called about a shuttle, was told about an hour, asked for eta an hour later and driver is around an hour away. I feel my time is not respected at all and would not have purchased a vehicle here had I known. I want to say that John Herod helped me throughout this ordeal, he stayed on top of things and did the best he could even though I got angry and a bit mean about the whole deal. More
