Poor customer service I took my Rouge in for the factory recall letter I received, the service writer came out to tell me what else was wrong that needed attention includin I took my Rouge in for the factory recall letter I received, the service writer came out to tell me what else was wrong that needed attention including an new air filter. I declined the repairs and she said my car was ready to go to the counter. When I did I was told they did not call my name so I sat back down to wait. I could see my car out the window and it looked ready. When they called my name I went back and left for an appointment. When I arrived at home I noticed my high beam lights were not working, I also looked to see if that was listed on my inspection and it was not but the paperwork I was given belonged to someone named Charlotte, and I guess she has mine. I called and took the car back in and the Service manager could not explain why this happened and they did fix the lights and also offered a free oil change but I declined because the last time it took2 hours with an appointment and my time is important too. This Nissan service department needs attention immediately. More
