Disappointing letdown I purchased my Nissan 3 years ago. In the past 21 months I’ve taken it in 3 times with transmission issues. Still unresolved. Well the service department had my car for about a week, and finally they figured it out. The car and the parts may suck. But the service department was amazing. Larry Poe was the guy that helped me. He was so nice. I know everyone was getting irritated because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car. But he somehow kept a smile and was still very nice. He filled up my car with gas from all the trouble. He seriously needs a raise. He was the best service advisor I have ever seen out of every dealership service department I’ve been too. He did an outstanding job. More
