"This Service Center is Just Too Busy"

I have been with this dealership for over 8 years. No other service center has touched my car sine I bought it there new. Going forward however, for the simple stuff, I will look elsewhere. I sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours waiting for an oil change, and that is with an appointment! I was told when I arrived that I would be ahead of every one that didn’t have an appointment, but what I wasn’t told is that even those that have an appointment would still wait 3 hours. If I had known, I would have simply reschedule for another time. They were obviously short handed, I understand but not communicating that is not excusable.

You are absolutely correct, they should have communicated the wait time to you at the time of write up and 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. "They are quick and try hard"

They are quick and try very hard. They are a bit overpriced but coupons and specials along with the 24 point inspection make it reasonable. The waiting room has WiFi, coffee, water, snacks in the am. Good seats, tv, coffee bar... So time goes by quickly.

"Love the service dept with Wolfchase Nissan"

I brought my truck in because the heater was not working and there was a very loud fan noise coming from under the hood.. needless to say Danny Meadows and Bryan Morrow found the problem and had me all fixed up and ready to go by noon the next day. Bryan, specifically, went way above his job description to make sure my truck was in excellent working condition so that my kids and I would not be freezing with winter arriving. Bryan even offered to help me with transferring my children’s carseats into my rental. I will say I never have a bad experience when I have to bring one of our vehicles in because I know that we will be taken care of but this particular visit rises above the rest since no one else could find out what was going on with my truck and Bryan took the time inspect every inch of my vehicle to ensure my kids and I were safe and had heat. When I arrived to pick up my truck the next day I did not get to thank Bryan so I would like to give him a big THANK YOU in this review. :) Also, i would like to add Drew Faulkner. Drew was extremely busy on this particular day but he did not let that affect his customer service towards me. He took time to make sure I was in a nice rental vehicle while my truck was being serviced and had me out the door quickly so I was not late picking up my kids. This was my first time ever having to use the rental dept at Wolfchase Nissan and if I ever need a rental in the future I will definitely be returning my business to these hard working and honest individuals. Wolfchase Nissan always gets recommendations from me!
