"Oil change took 3 hours, but the customer service was great."

I really think more money would be made if you have a separate oil change only section that would benefit people who are in a hurry. Regular maintenance is needed, but between the times simple oil changes could take less time.

"Warranty"

I first called because my gas gauge was not matching the miles shown. I spoke with Amanda and she assured me that I could bring my car in at that moment and have it looked at. She spoke with a mechanic and they decided to just replace my part free of charge due to my warranty. Amanda had me in the next morning by 730, and was calling by 12 to tell me my car was done. Excellent and speedy service...as always. This is my favorite Nissan location in the area!

"Outstanding Service "

I came in for an oil change, I was told it was going to be around an hour ( pretty normal for an oil change that you didn’t have scheduled, I was just a walk in ). I was out the door within 45 mins. It was a great experience.
