The car sucks but the service people were amazing. I drive a 2018 Nissan Sentra sr turbo. Well the car has had many problems with the assissted driving and cruise control. Well the service department had my car for about a week, and finally they figured it out. The car and the parts may suck. But the service department was amazing. Larry Poe was the guy that helped me. He was so nice. I know everyone was getting irritated because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car. But he somehow kept a smile and was still very nice. He filled up my car with gas from all the trouble. He seriously needs a raise. He was the best service advisor I have ever seen out of every dealership service department I’ve been too. He did an outstanding job. More

Satisfied Diesel Customer Regular service which normally runs around $500. Other things going on that totaled over $5000.00 ended up paying $750.00, happy ending if I must say. Car battery This department is so great. I needed a battery they got me out and headed home in 25 minutes. I also had a recall that was needed on my rear door and This department is so great.
