Cost Too much for simple common sense diagnostics I came in for an oil change and for the technician to give me reason on why my right windshield washer sprayer was not working. Oil change went fine, I came in for an oil change and for the technician to give me reason on why my right windshield washer sprayer was not working. Oil change went fine, Diane came to advise me first that she did not have a technician available to look at it, then hit me with it will cost $135 just to tell me what’s wrong. This is absolutely insane! I had an issue before with my sprayer hose being disconnected a couple years ago and I was not charged a diagnostic fee. The technician took care of it with no problem and I was on my way. I am a loyal customer to this Nissan location and feel simple things like this should not aim at the customers pocket. I called back and left a message for a service advisor and never received a return call regarding my issue. More

Not the best If anything was done/repaired to my vehicle I cannot tell. The brakes are still squealing after I paid $200 for them not to squeal. After the oil change, the system still shows I need an oil change. I thought all of my levels and gauges were checked but that appears not to have happened because I believe the vehicle needs some power steering fluid. I let the advisor know the when turning the steering wheel there seems to be something that is not correct but nothing was done about that. Can’t say this was one of the better vehicle maintenance visits I’ve had. More

New tires and oil change Got my oil changed and 4 new tires put on. Was there 2 1/2 hours and when I left none of my tires had right air in them. 1 had 60 pounds 1 had 58 poun Got my oil changed and 4 new tires put on. Was there 2 1/2 hours and when I left none of my tires had right air in them. 1 had 60 pounds 1 had 58 pounds 1 had 56 pounds and 1 had 45 pounds these tires are only suppose to have 38 pounds of pressure in them also 2 of my valve stems covers are gone. “This is a 1 year old truck” Not very happy at all! Now I have to order 2 new covers and had to adjust pressure in all 4 tires before I ever made it home. “Thought they were gonna pop because of so much air in then” Lastly now my truck is pulling very badly to the right. I don't know what they could have done to cause this but when I took my truck there it drove perfectly! More
