Need update to waiting area I was there for routine maintanence. The space is quite dreadful and I had to listen to a loud TV. Bolt in tire I thought there was only one bolt or nail in the tire . The Sales Representative explained that there were two in the same area. Tire Replacement I came in to replace a tire. I purchased a set of tires with warranty from your dealership last August(2018). After waiting an hour and a half I get I came in to replace a tire. I purchased a set of tires with warranty from your dealership last August(2018). After waiting an hour and a half I get text stating that I would owe $234. I went and asked the service writer why would I owe that much if I had a warranty and she said do you have a warranty. I told her from the beginning that I purchased the tires at Wolfchase Nissan and they have a warranty. You would think she would have seen that in my customer profile. I waited an hour and a half to get text with a bill and another hour and a half to get it sorted out. I was there three hours for one tire replacement. There was customers coming in after me and leaving before I did. THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD EVER HAD AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More
