Poor Communication I recently had a experience where I dropped my car off at 7 am and did not find out what was going on until I went back up there at 4 pm. There was no follow up call after 9 hours of having the car. I was assisted and helped by the Service Manager. I appreciate his professionalism and attention. I will return to this particular service center but will only work with certain Service Advisors “Communication is key” More

Oil Change My low washer fluid light has been on and was still on after my service was “complete.” I told several people it needed attention. When I got the text of things suggested for my car, I saw fluid checked okay, but after I paid and was getting in my car, the warning light was still on. It leads me to think that nothing is really checked during service times. I’m honestly not satisfied at all. It just revealed to me what really goes on. This was the least time I’ve spent waiting to be serviced, but this just shows fast service is not always good service. And the guy that put the fluid looked a little irritated that I disturbed his smoke break. More
