He noted everything with care and requested regular service adviser Mr.Larry Poe to get the additional details for allocating the technician. I expected that Mr.Larry would also be very caring like Mr.Daniel to hear my issues and work towards addressing them. However contrary to my expectation, Mr.Larry was too rude when I started listing the issues in my van. He didn't even listen to them properly and kept responding that it would take $120 to look into each issue. I was deeply disappointed and hurt with his unpleasant approach and poor attitude towards a customer like me. For a moment, I thought of cancelling the service and going to another Nissan dealer. However Mr.Daniel apologized to me and my wife on behalf of Mr.Larry and recorded all our issues with due care and patience. He really helped to make our experience better. Our sincere appreciations to Mr.Daniel for providing a better customer experience. . For sure, I would not prefer to be attended by Mr.Larry in my future service requirements (if I choose to visit here again). He made our day very bad with his unprofessional and unpleasant attitude in the morning, exhibiting extremely poor customer focus. I've shared this feedback along with few more queries through email with the Service Manager on Sunday (Dec-03) and still awaiting a response even after a follow-up. As I'm very disappointed with the customer service and poor response, my rating is only 1. More

Service on my year old Versa Note I made an appointment for an oil change for 8:30am and even though I was about 15 minutes late as soon as I pulled into their service station, one of I made an appointment for an oil change for 8:30am and even though I was about 15 minutes late as soon as I pulled into their service station, one of their representatives quickly greeted me and asked how he could help. ---- I was actually worried because two days before my oil changing appointment, my car wouldn't start and had to be jumped. After it was jumped, I let it runs while, returned home (which was a 45 minute drive), sat a little more, and figured everything would be alright the next day. Then the day before my appointment my car still would not start, so the morning of my appointment I had to get my car jumped again and took it to auto zone; they told me that my battery was dead. I was so surprised because my car was only a year old and I would never leave the lights on, air or heat running, nor radio on without the car being cranked up. ---- Because of all of this, my expectations were pretty low to up in the air when I pulling up to the dealership stating that my battery was dead and I needed a new one (which is covered under the warranty). Thankfully without any hesitation they asked me to please leave the car running and said they would complete my oil change (for half the cost), and replace my battery for free. On top of them being so quick, fair, and understanding; the Wolfchase Nissan Dealership completed my oil change and replaced my battery in less than 30 minutes. So they get 5 stars from my experience for greatly exceeding my expectations! More
I purchased my car from this dealership in March 2009. I absolutely love the car. But the dealership is horrible. They titled the wrong car to me, took a while to fix that. Because I took it to Dobbs Nissan to have a recalled part replaced. They claim that NISSAN will not pay them for warranty work if another dealership has worked on the car. So now I am driving around in a car making a major popping noise in the front end until I can get over to the other side of town to Dobbs Nissan for repairs. Let's hope I never move out of town. I would not recommend Wolfchase Nissan to anyone. The folks at Dobbs are so much nicer anyway..... More
