I just spent 1600 dollars getting a service and rear breaks I noticed I am missing a dust cap on one of my rear tires that’s tells me a lot about the quality of service . There were so many little things that tell me I was just being pushed through . But on the good side the shuttle driver was awesome so kind , the cashier was so sweet and and very personable . But other than that I won’t be back I will go to another Nissan dealer . More

I was told my 1st oil change but when it came time to pick the vehicle up they charged me. Since I bought my vehicle in Murfreesboro. I’ve always bought all my cars from Carmax, but dealing directly with Nissan for the first time makes me NEVER want to buy another Nissan EVER again. I left multiple messages for the manager Heather who ne directly with Nissan for the first time makes me NEVER want to buy another Nissan EVER again. One of the young ladies even went to make sure she was in her office before transferring my call but she still didn’t pick up. Finally spoke to someone named Tony, who was actually very helpful, and Brittany, who was also great. But the overall experience was awful. More

When it comes to pricing, Nissan Wolfchase charged $202.35 for a battery it was a pleasurable experience. Customer Service was courteous and polite.
