Maintenance on Altima I had oil change and filter, radiator flushed, and cabin filter replaced. Workers were very friendly and professional. They also found that my rear br I had oil change and filter, radiator flushed, and cabin filter replaced. Workers were very friendly and professional. Talk prices & services througout the process On Thursday, October 24, 2019, I had an appointment to get my rear brake pads replaced. After the inspection was completed, I was given a sheet of rec On Thursday, October 24, 2019, I had an appointment to get my rear brake pads replaced. After the inspection was completed, I was given a sheet of recommended items that should be completed based on each color code; in which, I am very pleased with the listing codes. The representative stated I needed front brake pads when clearly the printout stated the front was categorized as green. I totally agreed with the color because they are less than 1 year... Not bad because I'm not one who travel long distances in my personal vehicle. Then she moved down and stated I needed rotors as well for the rear, while proceeding to ask me what did I want to do. Of course, my mind did not change. I still only wanted brake pads because my budget was for $199.... plus tax. Anything listed in red would be done in increments before December 24th of this year. However, after the work was completed, the same person went directly to the payout counter, with a receipt of $300... plus. When my name was called, and given my total, I immediately disagreed because I was being forced to pay for services I never agreed to have done on that day.... Being that the services provided changed from the service requested, I should have been given a follow-up especially seeing that I was in the waiting area the entire time. I was expecting the same High quality of customer service received during my previous visit when I left my vehicle there and went to work. I received a text update throughout the process. Overall, it was a good decision to get brake pads & rotors, but please NEVER force anything on your customers. Everyone may not be able to transfer money from one account to another after given a discount. Instead, take your time with your customers, especially those who express they are not familiar with the process because that situation could have went EXTREMELY wrong extremely fast. More
