I had to drive six hours from out of town to pickup my vehicle,because they had the exact spec I was looking for. I got to the dealership at 3:20 PM, local time and was out by 3:45 PM,on a busy Saturday a vehicle,because they had the exact spec I was looking for. My F&I Courtney Young was spectacular,there was no high pressure sales or add-on gimmicks just an efficient and straight forward business transaction that made the whole experience so awesome. My Sales guy Matthew Harvey knocked it out of the park with getting the information I needed before hand and getting me in and out in no time. Buddy Nash the Sales manager was a professional and made things move as smooth as I've ever experienced at a dealership. My only regret is that I had to drive 6 hours to experience the best car buying at a dealership I ever had. But,I would do it again with this group of professionals in a heart beat. I was looking for a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid and I found it at Wolfchase Toyota. I live out of the state and couldn’t find the Corolla Cross in a hybrid anywhere near me, but Wolfchase had it. I had never purchased a new vehicle. Abdul got me a great deal & expedited everything necessary to get me into a new car within a few short days. Ben the Hawaiian salesman went above the norm for accommodation. Did a virtual test drive for me, answered all my questions, provided input daily and communication with finance dept. stayed after hou accommodation. The service representative was able to manage everything needed to get the car we purchased ready to drive.
