I bought my car at Hollywood Toyota. Didn’t like the service there ,so I tried Wondries I’ve been going to that location for 2 years & always had very good couteous & helpful service. Ye Didn’t like the service there ,so I tried Wondries I’ve been going to that location for 2 years & always had very good couteous & helpful service. Yesterday was bad my service normally takes 2 hours ,yesterday,same service I always get took 4 hours.& I think if I didn’t call to find out about car who knows what time they would of called me. The service guy said “oh I was just going to call you” he said mechanics are recommending some filters”” my response was” ok so how long has my car been sitting there for you to have the time to call me to let me know what was needed,usually when something is needed they call to let you know was is needed & if you want them to replace parts.that didn’t happen. Then when they brought my car to me I asked the guy if he could connect my Bluetooth to my car .he didn’t know how. I had asked the service rep.” Nelson “ if f he could set it up for my ,he told me they would do it when I pick it up. I was so upset. Don’t ever Want that service person again. He was in a hurry for everything like he was getting commission for every car he writes up. Very unhapp More
