The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able - Sorin

The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

Bought my ‘26 Toyota Corolla Cross from Hamer Toyota in - AndrDabr

Bought my ‘26 Toyota Corolla Cross from Hamer Toyota in Mission Hills one week ago. My salesman, Juan Hernandez, was excellent! He has a warm and comforting personality where you feel like you’ve known him for years. Very knowledgable about Toyotas, too! He also assisted me in setting up Apple CarPlay using my phone, which I am very grateful for. Finance manager Sogol Etminani was also fantastic, beating my credit unions APR offer and providing me with several other perks as it relates to the warranties I chose! I live several hours away from Hamer, but their offer on the Corolla Cross was unmatched. I was also excited to buy from the oldest Toyota dealership not just in California, but the nation! I HIGHLY recommend Hamer Toyota to anyone seeking a phenomenal car buying experience!

I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport from - S. Han

I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport from AutoNation Toyota Cerritos, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Car buying can sometimes be stressful, but Saiyan Khan made the process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish. Saiyan was knowledgeable about the Tacoma, took the time to answer all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. He was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right truck and ensuring I was comfortable with every step of the purchase. What stood out most was his excellent customer service and attention to detail. He kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything went seamlessly. Thanks to Saiyan, I drove away in my new Tacoma feeling confident that I made the right choice. If you're looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience, I highly recommend AutoNation Toyota Cerritos and especially Saiyan Khan. Thank you for making the purchase of my new Tacoma such a positive experience!

Wondries Toyota Dealership, the staffs, service advisors. - greencoin777

Wondries Toyota Dealership, the staffs, service advisors. and the mechanics are all great and get the job done. Jason Pysher, my service advisor greated me professionally, pleasantly, and introduced himself when I pulled up to the service area for my appointment at 9:00 A.M., Thursday, September 17. He said that it would take up to 11 or 12 noon for my service recall to be completed. But I only had to wait until 10:45 A.m., one hour and 45 minutes to get.back my car. Thank you to all the staffs, the mechanics, and service advisor, Jason Pysher, for a great job at getting my car completed for service recall at not too long of a wait time.

I recently purchased my 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro, and - Jordan O'Brien

I recently purchased my 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro, and working with Ayman Mahmoud was hands‑down the best car‑buying experience I’ve ever had. I reached out after hours expecting a reply the next day, but within minutes Ayman had already texted me back, answered every question, and helped me schedule a test drive — even though the dealership was closed. When I arrived, the vehicle was prepped, parked out front, and Ayman was already waiting for me with a warm, professional welcome. Every step of the process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. Before coming here, I had dealt with more than ten dealerships while trying to purchase a Lexus GX Overtrail Plus. Every one of them gave me the runaround — zero transparency, confusing communication, and pricing games. Ayman was the complete opposite. He was upfront about pricing, options, availability, and timelines. No pressure, no gimmicks, just honesty. He’s the kind of salesperson you immediately feel you can trust, and he proved it at every step. I couldn’t be happier with my 4Runner or the experience. Highly recommend asking for Ayman.

Very nice and professional staff. - Kevorkordoghlian

Very nice and professional staff. My father and I were helped by a young man by the name of Andre he was able to go back and forth answering various questions and needs about purchasing a new truck. He was very polite, very knowledgeable about features on the vehicle, and overall a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from. Additionally, Sandra the General Sales Manager was a big help making sure the vehicle we spoke about over the phone was what we wanted and at a reasonable price. Both Andre and Sandra made the whole experience a very pleasant one. We spoke back and forth over a few days but at the end we were able to go home and surprise my Brother with a wonderful new car for his Birthday. The vehicle was washed, full tank of gas, and the dealership and staff were friendly and nice. Purchased Vehicle: 2026 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4x4. If I could leave any other feedback for the dealer it would only be positive; as there was not a single problem with the whole process.

I had an absolutely fantastic car-buying experience at - ArtValentine3

I had an absolutely fantastic car-buying experience at Culver City Toyota, thanks to the incredible help and professionalism of Jack (Sales Manager) and Alessandro (Internet Manager). With their expert guidance and no-pressure approach, I was able to drive away in a brand new 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid SE—a car I’ve had my eye on for a while! From the beginning, Alessandro made the process seamless—quick to respond, and genuinely helpful in answering my questions. He made sure everything went smoothly, from test-driving to getting great financing option with Jack’s help. Both of them were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to making the experience easy and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how respectful and efficient the entire process was, just honest people helping you get into the right car. If you’re looking for a new Toyota, I highly recommend Culver City Toyota—and make sure to ask for Jack and Alessandro. You’ll be in great hands!

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the people at - carriemariej2828

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the people at Glendora Toyota are! They went above and beyond to honor their agreement with. They gave me an amazing offer and were straight forward with me. Everyone I dealt with with so understanding and helpful. The sales manager was THE MOST PATIENT AND KINDEST PERSON you will ever work with! The financial department was equally as understanding! When you go in ask for Jason because he will totally work with you. So seriously, GO TO GLENDORA!!! You won’t regret it. ** they didn’t pay me to say this, lol, I mean every word!!

Let me start by saying me and my wife own 3 Toyota's. - fazio Rod

Let me start by saying me and my wife own 3 Toyota's. We have venza and a avalon and a tokoma. One of the nice things about this dealership? Is that they have a record on all 3 of our vehicles. And they help me remember when I need to do specific services. And each time I bring a specific vehicle in they do a full inspection. And advised on any warn parts. The people there are wonderful to deal with.

Thank you so much to the whole team at Claremont Toyota, - T T

Thank you so much to the whole team at Claremont Toyota, and a special thank you to Oscar and Tony for the outstanding customer service. They both went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it! The service and repairs on my 2022 Toyota Highlander feel amazing! You also made me aware of an incorrect battery installed by my roadside service provider. You delivered on honesty and good work. For any future repairs, Claremont Toyota will be my choice without hesitation.

One of your employees at Bob Smith Toyota mocked me by - ddongbiniru

One of your employees at Bob Smith Toyota mocked me by saying something that sounded like "ching chang..." followed by what appeared to be fake Chinese words while laughing. I don't know exactly what he said, and I do not want to falsely accuse anyone of using a specific racial slur. However, it was clearly intended to mock an Asian customer. Fortunately, this incident was captured on video. At this time, I do not wish to pursue legal action, but I strongly urge you to make it clear to your employees that racial remarks or mockery toward customers are unacceptable. This is the second time I have experienced this. Several years ago, I let a similar incident go because I had no evidence. This time, however, I was fortunate enough to have video footage. It is disappointing to experience this while visiting a dealership that sells Japanese vehicles. Whether your employees personally dislike Asians is something I cannot know, but no customer should be subjected to this kind of treatment. I expect Bob Smith Toyota to investigate this matter and ensure that it does not happen again.

Emilio made my car-buying experience smooth, welcoming, - Alexandraandrade172

Emilio made my car-buying experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. He was patient, transparent, and especially kind to my mom, speaking with her in Spanish and making her feel comfortable throughout the process. That truly meant a lot to us. Wolfgang in finance was also fantastic — very knowledgeable, professional, and clear when explaining everything. The whole team made us feel at ease and confident in our decision. I’m very happy with my 2017 Camry and grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent run through the entire process from - C557

I had an excellent run through the entire process from first introduction to Michael C to signing on the dotted line to complete the purchase of my Corolla hybrid. I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car.
