Conned artists, liars, and cheaters--this dealership is exactly that. This was one of the most infuriating and blatantly dishonest experiences I've ever had buying a car. I was explicitly assured multiple exactly that. This was one of the most infuriating and blatantly dishonest experiences I've ever had buying a car. I was explicitly assured multiple times that the exact car I wanted was physically on the lot. The manager, Nester, and the salesperson, Jesus, both called me personally to confirm it. They didn't just say it was available--they told me they would have it washed and ready for me. I rearranged my schedule and drove 50 minutes on a Saturday--my day off--based entirely on their word. I even did exactly what they asked and texted when I was 30 minutes away. Clearly, none of that mattered. When I arrived, Jesus was suddenly "with another customer," and no one had any idea who I was or why I was there. Instead of the car I was promised, they tried to push a completely different vehicle that was a year older. When I pushed back, the story immediately changed: now the car had supposedly been "sold." Then another so-called manager came out and repeated the same line. When I asked for proof--something as simple as confirmation of the sale--they refused. No transparency, no accountability, just excuses. This was not a misunderstanding--this felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch to get me in the door. They wasted my time, disrespected my schedule, and showed zero integrity. If you value your time, your sanity, and basic honesty, stay far away from this dealership. They will say whatever they need to say to get you in--and once you're there, none of it means anything. More

Worst experience from this Dealership. Ordered a vehicle for purchase and put down $1000 for reasons unknown. Other dealers have never asked for money. I was told I would get a refund if I didn’t want the car when it was delivered. I returned to advised I didn’t want the car and wanted my refund. This is when problems occurred!! I gave the salesman all the information and waited 30 minutes. No refunds. I asked him what the issue was and was told I had to wait for a manager. 30 minutes later I asked a manager what is the problem as the money was taken within 5 minutes but to get my money back it had been over an hour wait. The sales manager replied that’s right. What the xxxx !!!. He said I should have made an appointment. He yelled like a mad man. What a jerk. Do not go here. They lied and are not customer friendly. I did ultimately get my money refunded. More
