Lack of accountability from the manager. They held my car for 3 months and made me pay for a new one. They assumed no responsibility in the care of my car under their watch. I think it was too much for me with an appointment at 7:15 am to wait 6hrs and 35min to change the rear brakes of my car and in my opinion I think there were too many cars.
