After we ordered and paid the side rear mirror and the holder first time I went to the Toyota, when I came again for the installing, the employee ask me to pay again, said they made a mistake that my paym holder first time I went to the Toyota, when I came again for the installing, the employee ask me to pay again, said they made a mistake that my payment was only for the holder, not the mirror included, and required me to pay more for the mirror and the holder. Moreover, the price for both is too high than that of other car shops. Also, the staff strongly advise me to by 4 maintenances in advance , however I don’t need them at all. So dissatisfying! More

Went into dealership to get my tires fixed. New car with no scratches or any mishap with my trunk. I went home with scratches all over my trunk. My rim look like they were switched out from ano New car with no scratches or any mishap with my trunk. I went home with scratches all over my trunk.
