It took over 2 hours to get my tire patched. I’m told this is partly because of my tire care package needing approval. This was my second visit to Wonderies in one year. The first was for a flat tire. I was very disappointed with the wait time, explanation of issue, and cost. I would have appreciated an explanation of services I need for a 100,000 service check but instead I just felt he was trying to up sell me. Lastly, when picking up my car from the oil change. Nelson did not explanation the notes in the service receipt. It read i refused a service but no needed or reccomended repairs were discussed with me. I had my Toyota Landcruiser for 30 years always went to Toyota of Gendora with excellent service. I now have a FJ Cruiser and have been disappointed both times I have gone to Wonderies Toyota for service. More

Left a dent/scratch on driver side, didn’t see it until I got home. Overpromised, so I needed a rental, I needed the third row that day due to visitors from overseas.
