When I arrived at the dealership, I was the only car showed up the service lane. It took more than 3 hours to do an engine oil changed and it took about 20 minutes after payment to get my car. Finished faster than expected which I appreciate but giving 4/5 because passenger seat got dirty. Aside from dirt getting on the faux leather, the fabric got stained with a black liquid substance which giving 4/5 because passenger seat got dirty.
