I would give it a five, but I had to walk 1/2 mile to get coffee. I’ve been taking my car to Toyota dealers for more than 30 years and had never been to a dealer where they don’t have coffee while you wait f coffee. On the phone i was told i qualified for a warranty battery replacement, went in an hour later i leave because the dealer was claiming i didnt qualify. I bought the vehicle certified used and the batte battery replacement, went in an hour later i leave because the dealer was claiming i didnt qualify. I bought the vehicle certified used and the battery says 7 year warranty but the service agent said seven years had passed. AAA tow assured me the battery was six years old. Plus the service agent wanted me to show a reciept … i didnt know toyota issued reciepts for every part of a vehicle when thevehicle was sold to me! More
