She informed me of what my car needed without making me feel dumb for having an attitude about it which I really appreciate. She honestly deserves recognition. I’ve visited this place for about 2-3 years and in that time, she’s the only one that was kind to me. Thank you for that. More

Wondries Toyota really really bad customer service. The moment I was buying my truck the salesman associates were all nice and friendly and cater me. But the moment I had to go check my truck and inspe The moment I was buying my truck the salesman associates were all nice and friendly and cater me. But the moment I had to go check my truck and inspect for any dents or scratches. Which there was I was told and asked to come back the next day. When I did they did not do nothing about it so they had asked for me to come again the next day or they will call me. There was never a call back when they never called me so I went back and nothing was done again. Their management needs helping people's skills do not they do not know how to talk to customers. I was told too many different things and nothing was done about it and still to this point nothing has been done. Thank you for your time and I hope something will be done about this. More
