Came in for an oil change and Parts & Service swapped out my tires for some bald worn out tires. I complained and I was told that they needed to see the pic of my car when I came in and mileage and wear & te my tires for some bald worn out tires. Manager name unknown made excuses that for a car of 3 years I would need tires in 10K miles. I told him I had been working from home due to Covid for about 1 year, I only work 8 miles from home and along with 19K miles on my car there is no way I need new tires. I told him he was avoiding my concern several times. The manager got upset and told me that most likely we were not going to honor my complaint. More

I’m not satisfied with the service today. It smell bad and I checked they had dropped oil on top of the motor and there was oil everywhere and it smelled. They didn’t take the time to clean it. Fancy. Takes forever to drop off your car for service. It's almost ridiculous. The work is great, but it just takes forever to drop off your car ... there has to be a better option.
