He is very gently, clearly, and really spent his time to guide me the direction. When I arrived, I got into the service for my car right away and it exactly just waiting an hour. Had an appointment and showed up as scheduled and was made to wait 15 minutes before being helped, this is with me parking the car and entering the location to ask for help. I was told to wait for an att made to wait 15 minutes before being helped, this is with me parking the car and entering the location to ask for help. I was told to wait for an attendant who showed up 30 minutes later to take my information even though I had an appointment at 12:30 .I was told the car would be ready in 2 hours and the attendant let me know the total would be $98 and gave me a receipt with the total. Meanwhile I waited, the car sat in the same spot for close to 30 minutes before it was actually taken. I then checked back at 3:45 because I was never called or notified if the car was ready even though I waited there the entire time just to be told it was ready. I then when to the cashier to check out and was told a completely other price. I asked the cashier why I was being charged more and she could not explain why. She went to ask the cashier manager to explain it for me and she told me the person who made the bill was gone for the day and that she had to just charge me what it was. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I was provided and how rude the supervisor was with me. Nobody could explain something so simple to me. I spent from 12:30 to 3:50 for a routine oil change. Horrible service. More
