It took 2 hours to change my oil. I had an appointment and I arrived b 4 opening. I was #3 in the que. Also I never got an email about the multi point inspection. Additionally on my receipt, it said I ne and I arrived b 4 opening. I was #3 in the que. Also I never got an email about the multi point inspection. Additionally on my receipt, it said I needed air and cabin filter replacement. What a lie. I replaced them both myself about 6 weeks ago. I cannot trust this dealership. Tried to buy 2 cars here b4 and got a bait and switch. 👎👎👎 More
