Because my Tacoma has been so maintenance-free, I’ve rarely visited my dealership. I liked everything about my visit. The ipad guy was professional and courteous. I felt pretty ignorant about the two non problems and appreciated their tact. I expected to pay some sort of mandatory minimum charge and was shocked to learn there was no charge!!! I thought such kindness no longer existed in this world and was very grateful for the kindness. I left them some “thank you” coffee money - and it a pleasure to do so. As a retired teacher, I’ve always rewarded good deeds and this definitely qualified. Fuji Auto has lost my business and future care for my old X-Runner will be at Wondries. Keep up the good work.
