As soon as we stepped on to the dealership lot we were well greeted. Everyone was so helpful as we searched for a new vehicle with my elderly mother-in-law, especially Gabriel Lopez being so patient and g well greeted. Everyone was so helpful as we searched for a new vehicle with my elderly mother-in-law, especially Gabriel Lopez being so patient and gracious, relentlessly searching for the vehicle and color we wanted, and keeping us constantly updated. He even helped my mother-in-law connect her phone to the new vehicle. Finance manager John Rodis was also very helpful, patient and explained everything thoroughly as we signed the purchase paperwork. Overall, they made the nerve-wracking experience of shopping for a new car much easier. Much thanks! More

Danny Llamas is the worst service advisor I ever encountered. He was unprofessional. I treated me very poorly. After waiting for 3.5 hours for an oil change, I walk up to him and politely ask hi encountered. He was unprofessional. I treated me very poorly. After waiting for 3.5 hours for an oil change, I walk up to him and politely ask him for an update on my car. He told me it is almost done, he will call me as I waited at on-site customer waiting area. After another 45 minutes, I asked him again. This time he just giving me no answer and walk away. As I stood at his desk waiting, he did not look at me. I asked again and he just walked away again. I talked to his manager, he was willing to help me with find out why it is take 5 hours for oil change. 30 minutes later, I got my car done. It is almost 6 hours waiting at the service showroom. I know why Danny act like a bad person because I am Asian! I had been a customer at Toyota wondries for over 20 years. I brought 5 cars there, and bring my cars there for service. This is the first time I feel I was unwelcome there. Only Danny was the bad service advisor. I know I saw the other service advisors in the past was nice and professional. The Manager is very nice to help me get my car done and he gave the final closing paper to someone else to help me at the end. It was a disaster day waiting. I did have appointment at 9:15 am, and I left the Alhambra Wondries service at 2:00pm. It is not the waiting time I am upset. It was the way Danny treated me as a customer! He was rude to walked away 3 times as I approached him nicely. More
When I got to the cashier and wanted to pay so that I can pick up my car, nobody is at the cashier’s desk. There was no signs or anything at the cashier’s desk whether anyone will be back or on a lunch bre pick up my car, nobody is at the cashier’s desk. I was being forced to pay using the online service since nobody was there and no other workers walked passed by stopped to help or at least get someone to help me. Since I had to use my credit card, I was forced to pay the convenience fees. I also was not able to use the $75 off coupon. The coupon did not specify that it does not apply to a minor service or oil chamge. When I made the reservation, I had mentioned that I have a 75% off coupon for the oil change and the representative just said bring it over when I go in for the service. I think the coupon is very misleading. More
