They gave me no ETA for vehicle completion when I dropped off my car for scheduled maintenance. I estimated two hours and when I checked back in I still hadn't heard anything. After going to the counter they said my car was almost ready, so I stayed at the dealership instead of getting a ride home. It took more than an hour longer until I heard my vehicle was ready with it's service. What is the point of booking an appointment if it's going to take so long? If it's so busy, maybe they shouldn't have so many appointments available to book, unless the issue is with walk-ins, which should definitely be lower priority. Additionally, one of the things I told them at the beginning was my tire pressure light has been on for months. They said they filled up the pressure on all tires, but the light was still there. Not sure what to do there since apparently there's not a reset button for that indicator light. How am I supposed to know if I actually have an issue with one of my tires if the light never goes off? More

I was able to get an appointment but the wait time was very long(3 1/2 hrs) and I had to go and ask if my car was going to be ready since all the departments were closing and everyone was ready to leave. very long(3 1/2 hrs) and I had to go and ask if my car was going to be ready since all the departments were closing and everyone was ready to leave.
