Nan was extremely helpful and appears to enjoy his job and was super professional. However, the three customer service reps that were checking people in were selective on who they should help first. Being of Latino decent, and in nursing school, I realize the perception that I am blanket v for you doesn't sound pleasant to swallow. The explanation of additional services was not quite clear. I also had an appointment and was still made to wait 10-15 minutes before my service was initiated.
