Service went well until I went to pick up my car. I handed off my paperwork to get my car after the service and was waiting for 15 minutes. I would have appreciated if I received updates about my car while I was waiting so long. In the past it only took them a few minutes to retrieve my vehicle so it was strange it took so long. More

While getting my car serviced, Toyota informed me of five recommendations my car needed. But instead of letting them do it, I took it to my dad who is a retired certified Toyota mechanic, and he told me that recommendations my car needed. And to make matters worse while they were checking my back windshield wiper, they splashed some sort of solution on it and left it all dirty and disgusting.
