You can tell right away she was genuine and I didn’t have to be skeptical like other service department I extremely please with Kanika’s assistance. It was a pleasant surprised that she went out of her way by driving my car to one of the mechanics to find out if there was an issue with the new battery. I had a tune up service done yesterday and I also got a new battery installed. For some reason, it was causing shaking when my car is on idle. It was a relief that I didn’t have to replace a transmission like someone suggested. I didn’t even wait long when she returned with the good news. Overall, I will definitely return for future maintenance or even buy a new car at Wondries due to the A+++ customer service I received from Kanika! More
