It was a good dealership but for making appointments it sucks you make an appointment at seven in the morning with a lot of cars in line and you still have to wait three hours for your car just to be servi sucks you make an appointment at seven in the morning with a lot of cars in line and you still have to wait three hours for your car just to be serviced. I do mine every 5000 miles and it’s the same thing almost 3 hours of waiting in the lounge, that sucks. That’s the only thing I don’t like about this plus they don’t have Uber drivers anymore so you have to sit there and wait for three hours. I’m really considering Glendale Toyota. They do have Uber. I’m not sure. More

Had headlight replaced due to failing clear coat on headlight after 2 years of ownership. Service manager was great and ordered a new one that was covered under warranty.. but the wrong side was ordere headlight after 2 years of ownership. Service manager was great and ordered a new one that was covered under warranty.. but the wrong side was ordered so had to leave my vehicle overnight for repair. Picked up my vehicle the next day and everything looked fine. Looked under my vehicle and noticed 2 missing bolts that hold fender liner in place. My liner is now ripped and i’m unable to properly secure it. I then noticed my side fender not pushed in completely. I am frustrated and expect better attention to detail. More
