I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dealership recently. I brought my vehicle in to address a roof leak issue. However, upon picking up the car, I was asked t service I received at your dealership recently. I brought my vehicle in to address a roof leak issue. However, upon picking up the car, I was asked to return for parts installation when parts arrived when I adjusted the seats back. Specifically, there was a noticeable noise and vibration when adjusting them back and front. I immediately contacted the service department, and was reassured that the matter would be addressed during my next visit. Despite returning to the dealership to address the roof leak and the seat issue, I was informed that nothing could be done about the seat. This was particularly distressing as the condition of the seats was perfectly fine prior to the initial service. As a long-time customer who has entrusted not only my vehicles, but also those of my family, to your dealership for servicing, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and resolution regarding this matter. The overall experience has left me feeling frustrated and regretful of choosing your dealership for my automotive needs. I would not return for any further services. More
