I strongly disagree that your pricing is competitive when it is 25-50% higher than elsewhere. It made me feel that I was being upsold on services and therefore did not trust the dealership to share what was actually a critical repair vs. a cash grab. Additionally, I don't appreciate my email address being shared with SiriusXM for a free trial that I never requested. Finally, I'm aware that vehicle repair can be costly. There's no need to be condescending in your response and would have preferred no response to this one.
