Had an unusual problem with the microphone, voice recognition and electronics in my 2019 RAV 4 Hybrid. After some initial difficulty in accessing the problem, the Service Manager through Toyota agree recognition and electronics in my 2019 RAV 4 Hybrid. After some initial difficulty in accessing the problem, the Service Manager through Toyota agreed to replace the head unit free, with a charge for installation and labor. The repair/replacement was scheduled and successfully completed. I am very satisfied with this transaction. Thanks Wondries Toyota Service team. More

You guys don't take care of your customers when it comes to rentals. I need a car to work during the week when I just had payed my car note and my I durante didn't want a rental car. In top of that I had to to rentals. I need a car to work during the week when I just had payed my car note and my I durante didn't want a rental car. In top of that I had to put $150 to be able to take the rental car, pay $35.99 a day fir insurance. It's not fair at all. No one was able to give me a specific answer on to what was wrong with my car. Till the mechanic the manager came over and talked to me. More
