Disappointing that your service manager declined to stand good for a prepaid maintenance plan that I purchased when I purchased the car from a dealership in Las Vegas. I understand that your dealership didn't sell me the maintenance plan so did not get the revenue from the sale however I've been going to your location for years and there are other options out there. I was receiving calls every day, for 2 weeks straight that I was due for service, when I got there the agent was sort of confused why I was there, since I was not actually due for any major service. The agent I worked with was great, got an oil change, it was fine, it was the 3rd time asking about issues with my carplay which no tech or agent has been able to offer anything more then “oh that’s weird it should work” no offer to look into it any further.
