Don’t use their “shuttle” service Timing on my car getting its regular maintenance and quick car wash was great. However, they do not provide a shuttle service like advertised on their website. They will uber you where you need to go. However, you have no control over contacting your uber for pickup clarification. Toyota will not reimburse you if you use your own uber/lyft account. Took 4 tries before I finally got picked up. Also, key chains fell off my key and instead of letting me know they just left it on my passenger seat. Had I not moved stuff around I wouldn’t have found them and assumed Toyota lost them. They just need to pay attention to detail but overall the quickness of getting my car back was nice, the people are nice. More

Not so happy I’m a bit upset. I wasn’t offered a car wash, considering I paid $180 for over priced service, the least you can do is give me a complimentary car was I’m a bit upset. I was told I’d have to wait an hour for a wash, even though my car had been ready for two hours. How rude! I was t even offered coffee or water! The only good thing out of my visit is they took me 20 mins ahead of my appointment. More

Left dirty fingerprints all over my car door and hood Went in for an oil change today and when I recovered my car, there were dirty fingerprints all over the driver side and passenger side door handles an Went in for an oil change today and when I recovered my car, there were dirty fingerprints all over the driver side and passenger side door handles and the hood. Dirty fingerprints were most likely from mechanic that had dirty hands. My car is white but I would think that they would wear gloves or wipe it clean afterwards but they just returned my car as is. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. More
